For various reasons I decided to close the cookery school in Wardington.  This took effect from 31st March 2007.

This venture has been a huge success, and I have personally found the last 3 and half years incredibly rewarding.  I sincerely hope that all those who have visited us, children and adults alike, have had a valuable experience.

I still feel that it is so important that children learn to cook and I continue to get huge enjoyment and satisfaction from teaching.  However some of you know that I have a 2 year old daughter, Florence  and have a new baby born in February, Charlie, it is therefore impossible for me to be as involved as I would like, and need to be, in order to maintain the momentum that we have generated.

I would like to thank you all very much for your support with the cookery school and for your enthusiasm, particularly the wonderful children who have given me so much pleasure throughout.

However this is not the end of apples.  I am still incredibly passionate about teaching children to cook and have many plans of how I will be able to do this both directly and indirectly.  The website will remain live and will be updated informing you of my new ventures as and when I find a spare minute!. Please see the courses page for updates of how plan to continue to share my love of cooking with children
